cant get online-new account

Got my router today ( 4 days after my broadband activation date), but just cannot get my fibre broadband set up. Tried all suggestions tips etc but to no avail. Tried phoning but was told to wait on hold for 60 minutes+. Can anyone help plsHuh

Hello and welcome to the Community Forums,


Having checked your account I can see that we are picking up the connection but the password that's been put into the router isn't the same as the one on the account.

I'll send you a private message with step by steps on with how to log into the router and change the password.
