can you reset my profile please?

Currently

 

Estimated line speed:There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.Current line speed:48.8 Mb

 

It's gone down from near 70 recently due to replacing router and power outs

If you could try a remote reset, that would be appreciated

Sadly as it currently stands plusnet are unable to reset profiles for fibre lines, as long as the connection stays stable now it will slowly begin to work it's way back up

Have you ran the BTW speedtest and then completed the "Run Further Diagnostics" after the speed test finishes? This will show your BTW IP profile which you need to know in addition to the Plusnet Current speed

As has been mentioned, I'm afraid ISPs can't reset or alter line profiles on fibre circuits. This will only be done by an engineer following a visit once they've resolved a fault.

Testing your line shows the profile is correct in relation to the sync speed or 51.6Mb/s (the profile is now 51.4Mb/s).
