I can access the following site through a proxy but not directly from my Plusnet connetion.

Can anyone else access it from Plusnet?

Plusnet issue or is my dynamic IP blocked?

@npr I can't access it either - '403 forbidden' but we are not alone. A friend of mine who uses a legit site for getting non-copyright material also finds that if she attempts to use a link to that site, it fails. Methinks one or more of the rights groups has had it black-listed in the UK.

 /EDIT/ BTW - She is on Virgin.

Apparently it's zippy that's doing the blocking.

And as the news goes it also includes Germany and Spain.
