Sounds like BT knew more than Plusnet did... this isn't good considering they are supposed to be on equal terms and BT poaching customers before the service is announced available could be seen as somewhat unfair and might even breaks ofcom regulations.

Cut a long story short matty can you /plus net connect me or not to plus net fibre from cab  14 in
Todmorden if not then all the ports all used and before it went live .

I forgot to point out if plusnet did not know how are they connecting next door one of their own customers this Friday morning next door was told by a bt customer last week , the who thing stinks .

matty as you can see it was full before it went live on the 14-10-2015

Is it possible that it went live earlier, and 14 Oct 2015 is the date for more capacity (more line cards) to be added?

ejs are they just added in the cab or also in the exchange as part of a further upgrade

I'm assuming this is Cabinet 14. The cabinet went live on 3 Sep and people will have been able to place orders a few days after this:

It probably just needs a new line card.

tried to cancel broadband now being told I can't have a phone and line with out broadband on it more lies I suspect
