hello I am about to get plusnet fibre installed an I will be using a new bt hub5 will the open reach engineer connect an configure the bt hub 5 for me or will I have to do it my self and if I have to do it myself how do I go about doing also I will be using tp power link adaptors with a pass over to connect my smart tv an my laptop via Wi-Fi any and all help an advice is welcomed adie:green removed unneeded poll]
As above, you will need to enter your PN username and password into the HH5, Openreach did not come out for me, but then I was swapping from BT to PN, so Openreach had set up my original Fibre connection.
