broadband keeps dropping

Hi,

Can anyone have here help with broadband issues?  The Flipping thing keeps on dropping between 22.30 and 02.30.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. I've tested your line and the test isn't picking up any issues and the connection log isn't showing any drops over the last four days. For reference, the test result is as follows:

So that we can determine the best way forwards, please can you confirm whether this dropping connection issue is solely affecting wireless connections or if it's affecting wired connections too? Does the light on your router change when the connection drops?
