booking an engineer

i would like to book an engineer to visit to sort out my NO INTERNET i have been sent a message by text that says please rely to this message with 3 times slots. i would love to apart from the fack that i can't reply to the MESSAGE! i would like to book any time tomorrow or monday as i am home both days all day if someone at plus net would please arrange this for me and let me know

ps if you send a message and you want the costomer to reply to send it in a format that can be reply to!!!!

Sorry, it looks like the wrong type of SMS may have been sent, sorry about that. I've booked tomorrow afternoon, between 1pm and 6pm in for you and will confirm on the ticket on your account shortly.
