below min speed download speed

Hi guys,

Signed up for the unlimited fibre extra (56-72Mb) early in the year but only checked the speed once, which I was happy with,

Now I've just checked it again and find I'm  only getting 36-38Mb,

This is with Ethernet cable from the main box,

Hope somebody can assist please.

Hi @arizla and welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're seeing speeds under where you'd expect them to be. I've had a full look into your account and look to have found the reason for the lower than expected speeds.
