so when are plusnet going to implement the offcom recommendation of automatic compensation payments that's been in the news today?

i've had a fault since august and still not sorted out it seems

 

would work out to be around £700 so far...

 

interesting to see that offcom reckons ISPs are onlt paying out about 15% of the time right now
