Just testing your line, I can see that your downstream speed is within estimates, the upstream is actually below the estimate.

 

Sync Status In Sync
Downstream Speed 62.1 Mbps
Upstream Speed 7.5 Mbps

 

An engineer was assigned last Tuesday the 10th, and couldn't find a fault. From your other thread, seems that you're getting a download speed of around 40 Mbps?

 

Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

Download speed is creeping back up to normal but its still 6meg light....
Upload is 13meg light
Only run the the bt test and that was wired....
Mondays bt test and todays are below

Before the disconnection on Monday we were get solid 68meg/20meg ....
So I think there is a problem and your CS team said there was it showed up on their system....

Plus the grim upload shows something is up ?Huh

Happy to hear the speeds are getting back up. The adviser that raised the fault on Monday didn't leave any notes for our faults team to explain what the issue is.

 

I'm just going to add some notes to the ticket now, I imagine it'll be picked up either today or early next week.

There has been no improvement on my sync speeds

Checked @ 3:30 today .....ill check again at 18:00

Just read your email I will do as asked and post up the results in ten minutes or so but the sync speed on the up load side is still 13 meg low and the download has lost 8meg since the disconnection last friday ....

Look at the sync speed for the last 13 months and now look at it clearly there is a problem.... Bt test to follow
