hi are there any problems tonight all of a sudden ive had at least 3 or 4 drop outs in a row and before that my net was running sluggish and now its came back on its still running sluggish im on a static ip is anyone else having any problems ?

Yup. Internet still entirely dead (no DSL signal on router) after trying everything suggested and a bit more. Ring tone fine. Given the wait time on the phone is "over 30 minutes", I strongly suspect quite a lot of people are experiencing issues, despite the claims that there are "no problems at the moment".

Be great if the Plusnet people could actually update the service status page to reflect this - it still claims no events: https://plusnet.servicestatus.net/plusnet/status

Thus there's no way for me to check when it's fixed (thank goodness it's 2019 and I can tether my phone until it is!).

But at least I can hang up on support now (still nowhere near the end of the queue).
