ag gateway speed drop

on bng gateway I normally get 38/39 download but as soon as the gateway changes to ag the speed drops.
the worse so far was ptw-ag02 which dropped 8mb  to 30 and as soon as it changed to pcl-bng01 the speed went back to normal.
now on ptn-ag04 and speed down to 36.
is there a problem with ag gateways?

Remember when you change gateway (or rather disconnect/reconnect to the router), you will also get a new end point which may have more of an impact than the gateway.
