add bt sport

My fibre broadband switch from bt should happen tomorrow and i am interested in adding the bt sport app to my package.

Interested in the 3months for £1 offer, i am however getting the following message,

Unfortunately we are unable to add the BT Sport App onto your account. Please call on 0800 073 1120 and we will look into this for you.

Can this be rectified by someone online please.
