activation day/router setup

Just wondering about router setup on activation day. Not how just when? It said not to connect before activation day so today is the day and it is all setup now do I leave it this way even though I'm not yet getting a connection? Also recieved an e-mail saying my broadband is now up and running but this is not yet the case

As you've had the confirmation email advising your broadband order is complete. The service should be active now when connecting the router, however looking at your account, I'm sorry to see it appears they may be a fault that is preventing you from getting online.


I understand since making this post, you've raised a fault for us to investigate further and our faults team will be in touch once they have an update on this matter for you.
