Hi all,


So I switched from sky to plusnet, this morning my sky internet went dead and I was hoping that plusnet one will kick in soon, but just contacted my new provider just to be told that there is delay from BT side..they had two weeks to do this and now they say that there is nothing they can no one had time to send me email or text saying that there will be delay on my order..this is just disgusting..and what one of the CS said, if you're not happy with your order you can cancel it..??really? is is all they could say...

Apologies for the poor start first of all.


Unfortunately we can't always be aware of an order being delayed prior to it's due date. I will make sure we get this chased up for you as a matter of priority.
