i often look at Zen status page , PN seams a bit slow ,, But how accurate is it as i just noticed there is a planned outage for my area tomorrow ?

Wow! That's what I call service information.  My own code shows up several times: under PW31809524,  PW31910489,  PW32214818,  PW31082871. 

Mind you, it also shows up three times under past maintenance (BT69262).  Judging by my TBB BQM, and indeed OR's progress report, so far, nothing much has happened. (I have though, for some weeks, lost my PPOE connection to Plusnet (but not VDSL sync), in the middle of the occasional night, and bounced between various gateways.  

It would really be doing us "proud" if one didn't have to go to another ISP's pages to view such information. It might save a lot of support calls, and customer's time and anxiety if one wasn't left to presume that, something's gone wrong with my equipment/line -- and proceed to take everything to bits, fraying nerves and screwing things up in the process. 

Thank you very much, @rongtw, for pointing out this valuable source of information.  I've an idea who my next ISP is going to be.
