Hello all
I'm hoping someone can help me
When a member of our family uses their Firestick to watch Youtube videos, this causes the rest of the household to lose their Plusnet Fibre internet connection. This is especially true when the person switches from one video to the next.
Using the Hub One's event log below (192.168.1.66 representing the firestick):
21:03:02, 06 Apr. BLOCKED 17 more packets (because of Packet invalid in connection) 21:03:00, 06 Apr. OUT: BLOCK [9] Packet invalid in connection (tcp reset attack is suspected: TCP [192.168.1.66]:41825->[109.144.6.84]:443 on ppp3) 21:03:00, 06 Apr. BLOCKED 80 more packets (because of Packet invalid in connection) 21:03:00, 06 Apr. OUT: BLOCK [9] Packet invalid in connection (tcp reset attack is suspected: TCP [192.168.1.66]:41826->[109.144.6.84]:443 on ppp3) 21:03:00, 06 Apr. BLOCKED 6 more packets (because of Packet invalid in connection) 21:02:58, 06 Apr. OUT: BLOCK [9] Packet invalid in connection (tcp reset attack is suspected: TCP [192.168.1.66]:41825->[109.144.6.84]:443 on ppp3) 21:02:58, 06 Apr. BLOCKED 43 more packets (because of Packet invalid in connection) 21:02:57, 06 Apr. OUT: BLOCK [9] Packet invalid in connection (tcp reset attack is suspected: TCP [192.168.1.66]:41825->[109.144.6.84]:443 on ppp3)
Is there a way for me to remedy this issue without completely disabling the router's firewall?
Kind regards

I thought Google were now blocking the YouTube app on Fire TV (which was really just a Amazon created web wrapper for YouTube.com) and the workaround was to use either Firefox or Silk browser.

Hi DaveyH. I used a method I discovered online to sideload the Youtube app back onto our device.
Will I need to use the port-forwarding feature within the router ? If so, how would I enter this into the below (TCP [192.168.1.66]:41825->[109.144.6.84]:443 on ppp3) ? Should I consider seperating out 2.4GHz and 5 GHz wireless ?
