Your order is on it's way...

Got my Fibre Plus line operational this Friday gone and very happy with it thus far thank you PlusNet.
Now, I've just had an email telling me that my order is in the way and that my Hub One is in the post as of today? Only, I got it last week along with a text telling me you'd sent it. I received it in the post last Wednesday.
You can send me another if you like, by all means. I'm unlikely to use it, I'll be honest. On the other hand, if you have indeed sent me another one I'm hoping that you're not expecting me to pay for either the unit or the postage as I've neither requested this nor authorised a further charge.
Could you clarify what might be going on here?

I can only see that one has been sent, the delayed notification would have been caused by a delay in us receiving the dispatch notification from the warehouse.
