Your fibre broadband service is now up and running

Had an email this morning from plusnet and the title was Your fibre broadband service is now up and running and it goes on to tell me how to get connected, however I have been a plusnet fibre customer for 4 years and not a new customer Huh

you will have been moved to the new network - nothing to worry about it is purely internal

This isn't actually the new network change, on this and this the accounts were in slightly the wrong state, so to just get it right it was updated and caused the email to be sent out. Sorry for any confusion.
