Yet again, let down by Plusnet

So I have been with Plusnet for years. Just moved house and they were excellent, switchover worked perfectly apart from upload speed going from 9mps to 1.7. BTs  fault say Customer Service.

Saw on my account I could upgrade to Broadband plus, faster speeds for more cash so I upgraded.

Will all be done on 7th say Plusnet, email this morning to say all has been done, new speeds now working. WRONG!!

No change in speed, check my account and the ticket says problem upgrading, application rejected, contact customer.

Nothing heard from Plusnet

Why does this happen? What is wrong with them, dont they talk to each other?  Bet I am still going to be charged for the plus service even though I am NOT getting it.

Yet again they have let me down, will I never learn?

I'm getting this looked into for you.


It looks like there were some incorrect details on your account which stopped the order to upgrade you to 80/20 from being placed.

I've placed this manually for you and you should see a increase in speeds from tomorrow.
