Xbox Live 360 Connection Problems

Hi All,

Over the last few days I've been getting some problems with my Xbox 360. It's connected via Ethernet cable to the Plusnet router. I've tested the Xbox Network connections - it's showing that it's connected the network, connected to the internet but get gets stuck when connecting to Xbox Live.

Plusnet router event logs are showing a pretty continuous loop of the following - seeming to indicate that the Xbox is looking for a wireless connection?

14:46:49, 07 Jan. (84484.150000) Device disconnected: Hostname: (Xbox MAC address)
14:46:46, 07 Jan. ath00: STA (Xbox MAC address) IEEE 802.11: Client disassociated
14:46:46, 07 Jan. ath00: STA (Xbox MAC address) IEEE 802.11: WiFi registration failed
14:46:44, 07 Jan. (84479.150000) Host (Xbox MAX address) using IP 192.168.1.64 detected on interface eth0, port 2
14:46:34, 07 Jan. (84469.150000) Host (Xbox MAC address) using IP 192.168.1.64 detected on interface ath00, port -1
14:46:34, 07 Jan. ath00: STA (Xbox MAC address) IEEE 802.11: Client associated
14:46:29, 07 Jan. (84464.170000) Device disconnected: Hostname: (Xbox MAC address)

Makes me wonder if this is a network problem? I can't easily change the network cable because it runs through the walls.

Thoughts?
