Wrong IP Profile

Can plusnet staff please correct my ip profile as plusnet didn't match bt ip profile for almost 24 hours now

it looks correct to me. PN profile is always a little lower of that of btw

No, it not matched! It's suppose to be matched. If BT IP say 76.9Mb then PN IP should be 76.9Mb not 75.8Mb

Looks like this has since been bumped up to 76.8
Redbull is correct that it's always a little lower, however it was a little lower than it should have been  Smiley

Why is plusnet suddenly changed new current line speed policy because in the past plusnet always matched BT IP profile as it seem plusnet are now lower than BT IP profile? It's should matched not lower than bt one.

It's always rounded down to the next 100k, except on Fibre when the steps have always been in 200k increments.
