Wrong IP Profile at Plusnet End **please bump up IP Profile urgently**

My line was stable was 15 days but the internet still stuck at 42Meg throughput as I just found out my account online under broadband section that Plusnet have limit my line speed capped at 44.4Mbps on PN IP Profile (should be 78Mbps) please bump it up. 😡

Fix

phoned up plusnet myself as they put me on the wrong provisioning speed just changed it to 78Meg now
