Would love to get to the bottom of these constant disconnects.

Hello all,

Last time I was here I recieved great help that lasted a while. However I am having issues that have persisted since getting this faster speed.

What happenes is every 20 mins or so the router flashes orange for 2 mins and then comes back, its incredibly annoying. Now I am not saying this is whats happening but it almost feels like its set to cut out if It deems that I used too much data, thats what it feels like - again, not saying it is.

I say this because I went away from home for over a week and when I got back I didnt have a single drop out for 4 days or so, now all of a sudden as I have been using it, it drops out more and more. It just interuppts things and it's so frequent its exasperating.

Thanks.

Its insane. Its been happening non-stop. I don't even mind if they advertised a slower speed that worked most the time. Im fine with things going wrong occasionally but im getting this daily now.

Hi razorpoke,

The best thing to do next would be making sure youv'e eliminated the checks here https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/

Then get a fault reported at http://faults.plus.net and drop me a PM with your username so I can follow up on that for you.
