Would like to cancel order. Cant get through on the phone.

Hi,
I've just been on the phone with BT and gotten a better deal if I stay with them. BT put me straight through to Plusnet to cancel my order, was on hold for 20 minutes after which the phone rang and then I was cut off (I have to say I was actually expecting this to happen and it did). I'm on hold again right now, have been for another 15 mins but have a feeling I'm not going to be able to get through to cancel my order. Could a member of Plusnet staff cancel my order for me?

EDIT: NM I got through and all canceled.
