Worsening download speed

I normally get somewhere between 34-36 Mbps but over the last few weeks this has gradually dropped to around 25 Mbps as confirmed by the BT speedtest  and Ookla Speedest today. 

The BT further diagnostics shows an IP profile of 26.52 ( with a down load speed of 27.85 Mbps (???) I am connected by a network cable.

Stats. from my PlusNet account are:

 Estimated line speed:40Mb (This may vary between 32Mb and 45Mb) - Checked on 2017-07-24 11:09:39Current line speed:26.6 Mb

Would it be possible for an Admin to have a look at this please as something doesn't seem quite right.

I have checked your connection from our side and there does seem to be something out of place as your speed is less than it should be.

Please can you run a speed test herehttp://speedtest.btwholesale.com with your equipment setup in the test socket.  A guide on how to do that can be found here; https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242.

If the speed is less than it should be, please raise a fault here and let us know when you have completed this.

Having similar issues! When signed up was getting mid 20's mbps download speed. This dropped 6-13 mbps in the last few months and now I'm getting around 1mbps

BT Speedtest via the test socket now completed, download speed was 25.21 Mbps. Fault raised as requested.
