Working one minute, gone the next!!!

My Plusnet was working
I went to bed now it is orange and flashing, obviously my internet it also gone
All devices say they are connected so locating the router properly but the router isn't doing anything
Tried all sync/reboot options of course
NW11 London, any issues?
What can I do?
I work from home so this is a disaster.
Please help

What does the routers home page display?
It's normally found at http://192.168.1.254

What happens when you press connect?
You should edit that picture as it contains personal info.

Pressed connect, gave admin password, went through all the steps, check this, unplug that, everything had already been checked. It has not had any issues since installed in September/October. Now I have 'limited' connection and a flashing light. Can you please check my account in anyway? Or my area?

Exactly yep. Yet we have the flashing orange lights and not much else. Appreciate the help, I will have to call them
