Wireless strange problem. Hub One.

Hiya, keep suddenly having problems with our wifi on some items trying to connect.  For instance, mine and my daughter's apple iphones keep telling us our wifi password is incorrect yet computer, my granddaughter's tablet and firestick all connect with the same password ok.  We've reset our phones, rebooted.  Done the same with the router but no joy.  Could the problem be with the hub itself?  Is there a limit on the number of wifi enabled items you can have on a single hub?

Thanks for getting in touch. 

I would suggest splitting the 2.4 & 5Ghz frequencies on your Hub One. 

Info on how to do this can eb foudn here

Log into the Hub One by pointing a web browser to   192.168.1.254
 

Go to 'Advanced Settings' -> 'Wireless'.

Click on 5 GHz wireless tab
 

Change the 'Sync with 2.4 GHz' to 'No'.

Assign your new wireless SSID name. eg. ConnectionName-5GHz

Click on 2.4 GHz wireless tab
 

Assign your new wireless SSID name. eg. ConnectionName-2.4GHz
