Hello Plusnet,
We're having problems with our wireless router.
When connecting to the internet with an ethernet cable to the router, the internet works fine, but we're unable to connect to the router wirelessly.
We can confirm that:
- the Wifi light on the router is on and flashing
- Our phones and laptops connect successfully to the wireless access point (through ethernet) in our shed (no problem with our wireless devices)
- We have entered the wifi password correctly
- It has worked fine up until now, but we believe the wifi part of the router.... does not now function properly.
We would appreciate assistance with this problem.
