Wireless dropping out...

Can be surfing along fine then all of a sudden web pages stop loading, the Sonos system goes quiet etc but the Hub will be showing a blue light. I then need to reboot to get going again... Any ideas? I'm plugged into a designated BT socket with no filters and no landline phone. Nothing was activated to cause it to go off.

This last happened yesterday eve and just now at 10.50am, but has been going on for a few weeks...

Sorry to hear you've been having connection issues.

We've tested your line and that's not showing any cause for this.

Do you have any devices that can connect via a wired connection to see if they have the same issue?

Thanks for checking, I will investigate anything else that could be causing it from this end.
