Every so often my WiFi keeps dropping out and we can’t get any internet in your phones/tablets. This is so frustrating. Just wanted to know if there is any service update due to the high winds or if there’s a fault on the line?

So that we can determine the best way towards resolving this, please can you confirm whether this is solely affecting wireless connections or if wired connections are affected too?
