We renewed our contract 3 days ago and two days ago our internet started being faulty.
All devices are showing that they are connected to the internet with no problems, but only our two computers will actually load anything. Our mobiles will not load anything, they will not refresh any social media or emails or even google, but they are saying that they are connected to our wifi with no issues at all.
I have been through the remote access and disconnected and re connected, turning the router off and on and nothing is seeming to work.
If anyone can help with this it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
