No WiFi signal. All usual green lights showing, no red light.

Turned off both boxes for a few minutes then turned on bt box first and a few minutes later PN box, all green lights showing but still no WiFi signal on any devices.

Phoned PN, advised to turn off PN box whilst they had a look at a few things during which time the WiFi came back on.

So what is the purpose of this post ? well three things, I would be curious to know what gets reset or causes the loss of WiFi at the PN end, second purpose is information for any other customers like me with little or no IT knowledge not to assume the problem is with their hardware if all the green lights are on, and finally to thank tech support for dealing with this in an efficient manner.

Re: WiFi

Hi Gleneagles,

There's nothing we could do remotely to stop your WiFi from working as that's handled 100% by the router so it could be down to an issue with the device itself.

If this post resolved your issue please click the 'This fixed my problem' button
