I've been a customer for 12 months and this issue has been ongoing.
My broadband speed slows down to around 14mbps a day or two after restarting the hub. If the hub is switched off and on again, the speed reaches around 70mbps.
I've called Plusnet twice over this, and been told the usual - reset, change channel etc all of which is have done, however having read the forums I realise like many others my line could be 'banded'.
Could anyone support/advise, as I've been paying for a service I'm not receiving for she's now and would rather just leave Plusnet as this is such a common occurence!
