WiFi only comes on at 8pm

Our wifi doesn't work throughout the day. It may turn blue on our plusnet hub one router but from the time it takes to connect, it will have dropped out again. Had a man look at the lines today but nothings changed. The WiFi will come on at 8pm till just past midnight then just dissapear again. At a lock down time like this, we really need this fixed. Any ideas?

Just to save people's time trying to fix this, I fixed it. I changed my broadband channel to channel 1 from channel 6 and it works just fine now. Must have been some interferences that weren't fixed by un-syncing the 2.4 and 5GHz signals
