WiFi down - no response from troubleshoot
My broadband has been completely down for 5 days now. I completed all the recommended checks to no avail and submitted a ticket via the troubleshooter in my account to which there has been no update past "waiting for a response from the support team" 4 days ago. Calls don't seem to ever get through, live chat is offline and there has been no response on twitter. Is there anyway someone can chase this up or get it sorted?
