WiFi constantly going off - orange light!

We’ve had Plusnet Fibre broadband since November and it is constantly going on to orange light, even when we are not using it. Now we are home more, we’ve constantly dropping connection and going orange, it does sort it self out after a minute or so and return to blue but it’s not long before it’s orange again. We have tried to reset it, bought a broadband extender, it’s still the same - useless.

Now I am working from home, I’m having to connect my laptop to my phone’s data, as it just goes off in the middle of Zoom meetings, even though no one else in the house is up and using it.

Frustrated paying for services every month that don’t work.

Can anyone help please

Your connection does look to drop out quite a lot.

 

Please visit faults.plus.net and follow the advice before logging a fault report. Our faults team will then pick up and take this forward for you.
