Looking at the list of available networks shown by WiFi Analyzer Classic app on my tablet, and my Plusnet SSID appears twice; once on channel 11 but also on channel 48.
Is this how it should be?
Everything seems to be working OK>

Hi @bobw9143
In a word yes that is how it should be.
The hub one supports both of the usual WiFi bands.
2.4 GHz (shown as 2462 MHz on your screen shot) and
5 GHz ((shown as 5240 MHz on your screen shot).
There is plenty of information on the web re the WiFi bands.
For example: https://www.airangel.com/airangel-blog/two-channel-wifi-essential/
Regards
Richard
