Wi-fi keeps dropping out

Hi,

I am experiencing problems with wi-fi dropping out, sometimes every 5 minutes!

It is becoming a real problem as I have to log in to a VPN for work and it keeps logging me out every time the wi-fi drops out.

Also when trying to watch anything on a streaming services it is a nightmare!

Tried ringing Customer Services and Tech Support but because of the lockdown neither is manned, please help!

What's the connection uptime on the router?

You getting the same result on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands?
