one small dropout last night at 12.08am - the light on the router flickered green. Windows network diagnostics reset the router and reconnected - things seem fine since then

My internet won’t work itys flashing orange. Constantly having to use my own 3 g. Can someone look into this please. I am sick of poor service lately.

Tests ran on your circuit have isolated a fault.
