Why is it taking so long?

I put an order through on 01/02/16, checked this morning and they still haven't checked or connected my phone line or posted my router. After 9 days, they've taken my money and for the last 3 days they've been checking my details. This is ridiculous, does it usually take this long to sort out someone's order?

Hi Alice, welcome to the community forums!
I'm really sorry to see your orders hadn't been placed yet. This should have happened when your direct debit instruction went active a few days ago.
I have now placed your phone order and left an update on your account. Once your phone line has been switched on, we will arrange for your fibre broadband to be activated as soon as possible.
