I reported to move out at 21st October.
This company arranged new installation at 2nd November.
Nobody come.
I called to arrange again on today 6th November.
After their confiramtion, I got text and email by this company new installation will be 16th November.
I called again, they confirmed at 6th November 3 times again, again.
Nobody come again.
Why they do not install my broadband at new address, [Removed]?
Is it not available, if it dose, why they guaranteed?
As they guaranteed to install, I made new contract.
What should I do?
Do I have to contact other company?
