Why do i have to manually re-connect to the internet?

If I haven't been online for a few hours, my hub one router shows a solid orange status light and a solid red broadband light. I have to open my browser, go to the hub manager and enter the password and click connect, the light immediately turns blue and works fine. I haven't changed my user name or password. Does any body know what's going on?

Sounds like a router on the blink to be honest. Seems like the router is simply disconnecting itself, or not saving the password correctly. How old is it? If it's still in warranty I'd ask pnet for a replacement.

We've carried out some work which should sort this.

Can you try resetting the router using the pinhole on the back?
