Why Can't Plusnet Get Access to Fibre Already in My Area Oerated Soley by BT

As open reach have installed fibre in my area and it is being offered by BT why is it not being offered by Plusnet or any other provider?

@TONY13 Is this FTTP - a fibre connection all the way to your property? If so, a BT (PN's owners) decision was taken to not allow the 'brand' to offer it, although it appears that decision is likely to be changed in the nearish future.

I would imagine other ISPs operating in your area who use the BT infrastructure should be able to offer it though.
