Just switched from BT to Plusnet. Phone was set up ok yesterday. But still no sign of broadband. BT switched it off yesterday - still nothing from Plusnet. The much-vaunted Plusnet customer service is non-existent. Recorded message on the phone number given to say broadband isn't activated then told there's a 30 minute wait time to speak to someone. No option to email customer services, and the live chat is a joke - constantly busy with 13 people ahead of me in the queue. Where is teh broadband - we were told it could take at most 24 hours. We're well beyond that now.
