Where's my connection?

Just switched from BT to Plusnet. Phone was set up ok yesterday. But still no sign of broadband. BT switched it off yesterday - still nothing from Plusnet.
The much-vaunted Plusnet customer service is non-existent. Recorded message on the phone number given to say broadband isn't activated then told there's a 30 minute wait time to speak to someone. No option to email customer services, and the live chat is a joke - constantly busy with 13 people ahead of me in the queue.
Where is teh broadband - we were told it could take at most 24 hours. We're well beyond that now.

It looks like the account hadn't been fully activated.
I've done that now and you should be able to get online.
