When will my line speed be active?

Hi All,

 

Just upgraded to Fiber Unlimited Extra, had all the emails confirming my package has been upgraded and is active.

Given a promise of 51mb downstream, did a speedtest and the upload speed has increased but the downstream is below 20mb.

How long before the downstream speed is active....

????

You can't have one without the other. It sounds like Plusnet have not updated your profile. You will probably need to contact them tomorrow.

This doesn't seem to be an issue with the speed profile and your connection is showing in sync at around 71Mbps. Can you run through our troubleshooting guides Here.
