When will my broadband activate?

I signed up a few weeks ago, the engineer has visited and bt have fixed a problem and I have received a confirmation that my phone line is up and running. However I have received no information about my fibre broadband. I have no router and no activation date has been set. How do I find out when my activation date is or when my router will be posted?

Hello there.


From looking at your account we can see your broadband order completed over the weekend but it doesn't seem your account had activated by itself or dispatched your router. Sad


I've just manually progressed this for you now, and we'll get your router to you as quickly as we can.
