When will fibre go live?

We paid the signup fee on 25/10, have now received router, but have had no update as to when fibre will be live, and when we log in it doesn't show any progress

Online on the order tracker it now states 15/11/16. Is there any reason for this delay? Or is it likely to still go live tomorrow?
