When will I get connected? no email no date

I have made several attempts to contact you in regards to when my activation date for my broadband is, to no avail

I would like to to point out I am already paying for this service. After reading some of the posts on the customer forum I am concerned
that if I don't make an inquiry now I could be left waiting to be informed indefinitely, I choose your service because of your promise of customer satisfaction.
I have a child with a pacemaker,  I need the internet to be able to connect her pacemaker monitor with the hospital so it is a matter of urgency
that I have reliable internet service ASAP. Please could you inform me when this will be.
