When is the earliest I can renew?

Both of my connections are due for renewal in October, but when is the earliest I can renew them both to avoid a disruption in continuity of service?

You can discuss your options with COT 3 months prior to your renewal and make an informed decision.

I realize MoR has replied to you in that 3 months prior to end of contract, but, my advance line rental runs out early November and phone and Broadband in March 2020.

I phoned Plusnet this week to ask if I renewed my line rental saver would I get a good deal in March, they did and cancelled the rest of Broadband and Phone contract and started me on a new one which I was extremely pleased with even though it was slightly more than I am paying now.

Definitely worth an early phone call.
